Spring!

Spring has almost sprung in Chicago. Over spring break, I travelled south to Richmond, Virginia to visit my brother Elliott. My son and I went to the ocean, visited Jamestown/Williamsburg, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, hand-fed giraffes at the zoo, had daily walks by the James river, and saw the spot where Richmond became a city and was named.

Spring in the art room will look like printmaking, afrofuturism, and then some clay. I can't wait! Stay tuned!
